Sprint IT hires candidates in various roles & positions, including:
- Programmer/Analysts- Analysis of information systems; design and developement of the application programs for the system.
- Enterprise Architects - Provide technical direction regarding solution design and development; creating, refining, and implementing organizational design and development; developing, and implement a technical training roadmap for development staff;collaboration with other architects across the organization to develop best practices.
- Application Architects - Drive the technical strategy and lead team(s) in meeting the strategic objectives; Foster high performing technical teams; Identify and recruit technical leaders into the organization; Designs complex systems at the component level, makes strategic technology choices, and directly supervises the quality of designs and implementation inside and between components; Influence development managers to insure appropriate levels of quality on owned architecture(s).
- Database Architects - Create and maintain a data architecture to increase the robustness, performance, and scalability of the entire system; Establish an architecture roadmap for operational and business intelligence reporting, and then deliver on it; Tune SQL queries and database performance for OLTP and DSS applications within the development environment.
- Managers/Directors - Assists with the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities; conducts research, analyzes data, and makes recommendation regarding administrative, organizational, and operational problems; assists with the preparation and administration of the budget; maintains and monitors appropriate budgetary controls; develops and implements a business marketing plan; assists with the development of information system standards; and designs and implements new and revised systems to ensure effective and efficient services.
- Project Managers - Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities; Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope; Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Business Analysts - Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution; Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements, technical recommendation and testing.
- Database Specialists / DBA - Perform logical and physical database designs; Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions for n-tier applications; Setup and administers database development environments; Follow database standards, participates in code and design reviews; Reviews specifications and provides time estimates on the development of projects and features.
- System Administrators - Handles software and hardware maintenance, upgrade, installations and operations of all systems; Assists in the design, deployment and maintenance of all OS based systems; Act as a liaison with outside systems vendors to obtain service and support for supporting systems.
- Quality Assurance/Testers - Designing , developing and deploying test harnesses and improving existing testing systems; Creating and executing Business / API level tests; Reviewing and reporting on test progress and test coverage.
- Help Desk Support - Identifying, researching, troubleshooting and documenting issues; Working with other IT teams to determine support requirements; Identifying ineffective or outdated support processes; Creating and publishing Help Desk support procedures.
- Network Administrators - Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, UPS's, and other hardware; Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes; Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed; Collaborate with executive management and department leaders to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs.
- Technical Writer - Works with other members of the project team, produce and maintain printed and electronic documentation libraries; Assists in the preparation of presentation material including, but not limited to, slides, charts, videos, etc. for members of the project team.
